You may register for the planning retreat without registering for the Winter Meditation. To do so, choose the Sunday Only option in the GSV Winter Meditation registration at The Mountain’s website.

Every year, the Council of Elders of Gay Spirit Visions sponsors a Planning Retreat for the Council and all working groups. Participation is open to any GSV participant who has attended at least one conference, or to individuals that have received prior Council approval. We especially encourage work group liaisons and active work group members to attend. You may attend the Planning Retreat without attending the Winter Meditation.
The retreat typically begins in the afternoon on Sunday, the last day of the Winter Meditation, and ends on Monday afternoon. We ask that you commit to attending once you’ve registered for the Planning Retreat as expenses for lodging and meals are paid by the Council when participants register.
The retreat is an opportunity for GSV work groups to begin planning for the upcoming Spring Retreat and Fall Conference. While not all work groups are active for both gatherings, most work groups remain active throughout the year in support of each gathering.
